A comprehensive approved private special education school for students ages 3-12 who have multiple disabilities, or significant, complex medical needs.

Congratulations to our first of two, Children First Award Winners, Rebecca Kenney! Rebecca's dedication to supporting children and families in the Merrimack Valley and Northeast Massachusetts is truly extraordinary. After graduating with her Masters degree from Boston University, where she studied the impacts of Dyslexia. Rebecca worked at Landmark school where she introduced Uechi-Ryu karate into the Perceptual Motor Training and Physical Education classes. As a community volunteer, she has supported Lawrence Boys and Girls Club, Derry Boys and Girls Club, Andover Youth Center, Lazarus House and the Flutie Foundation, along with Partners in Child Development. At PCD she has helped to secure critical funding through her connection to the Hurston Family Foundation, which have been used to purchase equipment for the students in the Anderson School. Transition from Early Intervention at Age 3

Every child will eventually transition from EI, at age 3 or before. It is never too early to start to understand the process. “Turning Three Essentials” workshops provide information about the procedures for transitioning a child from early intervention (EI) to special education.
