Donate to the Capital Campaign Today!
Over the past forty years, The Professional Center for Child Development has improved the lives of thousands of children with developmental delays, disabilities and complex medical conditions. Our goal is to ensure that children of all abilities achieve their full potential. Each year we provide vital educational, therapeutic and social services to more than 1,800 children.
In order to ensure the very best outcomes for these deserving children now and into the future, we must make significant improvements to our classroom campus, and secure the tools and training our staff need to provide the most effective programs and services. These investments will ensure that we are able to address the increasingly complex needs of children and meet the growing demand from local families.
We have developed a plan to increase and improve classroom space, allow for greater efficiencies and for future growth of our programs. In order to make all this possible we must raise necessary funds and have launched this $1 million capital campaign, the “Possibilities... Not Disabilities Campaign”, to do so. We have witnessed an outpouring of support for this vital project during the quiet phase of our Campaign and have raised over $900,000 to date. You can help us reach our $1 million goal by supporting our Campaign today.
Please give careful consideration to helping us realize each child’s full potential by making a thoughtful gift to our Possibilities not Disabilities Capital Campaign. This campaign will secure a future full of possibilities for so many deserving children with developmental delays, disabilities and complex medical needs.
Expand and enhance our classrooms to provide the optimal environment for learning and ensure that we can continue to accommodate the growing demand for services well into the future.
Create a fund for staff continuing education to ensure that staff can address changing trends, keep up to date with the newest advances in education, assistive technology, communication evaluations and therapies and to ensure that best practices continue throughout The Center.
Funds will also allow us to purchase larger therapeutic equipment and replace our aging equipment such as standers, walkers, wheelchairs and gait trainers for motor therapies.
